Note: Each ePSORTdb version is an update of the previous version, and may not contain the same data seen in older versions. Over time, proteins can become obsolete and are removed from NCBI, or new Genbank identifiers are assigned to existing proteins. As such, the data in ePSORTdb may be updated to reflect NCBI changes.

BLASTdb/FASTA

FASTA files containing sequences for all computationally- and experimentally-derived proteins in PSORTdb that can be used as a BLAST database.
